Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States only. We are working hard to expand internationally!
How long does shipping take?

Yes. Each pouch includes step-by-step instructions written by Dr. Litwin. You'll also have access to our online resource center with additional guides.
What age range are the kits designed for?
Our Infant Kit is designed for babies 0-2 years, and includes age-appropriate supplies and instructions.
What if I need medical advice?
Our kits provide educational information and instructions for the supplies included. For medical advice or emergencies, please contact your healthcare provider or seek immediate medical attention.
How should I store my kit?
Store your kit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep it easily accessible but out of reach of children.
Do the kits expire?
Some items in the kit have expiration dates (like medications). We ensure all products have remaining shelf life when shipped. We recommend checking expiration dates periodically.
What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened kits. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
